Hello guys i'm here to give you the answer to what i think would be a really frequently asked question so the question is battlefield or call of duty so the games i am going to be comparing are mw3 and battlefield so here is the elements i'm going to be comparing are:
realism
looks
gameplay
lives
so in mw3 you lives are relatively high in battlefield they aren't in mw3 it's harder to die in battlefield it isn't, battlefield 3 is far more realistic, life regeneration is not instant, tactical lights or lasers
attachments can be placed  on guns to blind the enemies or to aim better or both so battlefield looks really nice the graphics are ok for an old game it has minimal destuction but you can still, in some of the multiplayer maps destroy most of what you see where as in mw3 the only thing you can do is explode barrels in both games you can also shoot through most walls   so this is the hud of mw3 and the one below is battlefield 3 so as you see both graphics aren't bad
